New drug combo shows promise shrinking tumors before surgery

Summary

This study tests whether giving the drug cemiplimab (alone or with another drug called fianlimab) before surgery can shrink tumors in people with lung, liver, or head/neck cancers. About 65 participants will receive the treatment and then have surgery. Researchers will check how much the tumor has shrunk and monitor safety and side effects.
