Summary
This study tests a drug called NEO100 in people with a fast-growing type of brain tumor (high-grade meningioma) that remains after surgery or has come back. About 30 participants will take NEO100 four times a day in 28-day cycles. The goal is to see if the drug can stop the tumor from growing and to check its safety.
