Promising lung cancer combo trial pulled before it began

NCT ID NCT05472623

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study was designed to test whether giving a KRAS G12C-targeted drug (adagrasib) alone or with an immunotherapy (nivolumab) before surgery could improve outcomes for people with a specific type of non-small cell lung cancer. It was planned for adults with resectable tumors and a KRAS G12C mutation. However, the trial was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
