Summary
This study tests a drug called nemolizumab in adults with systemic sclerosis, a disease that causes skin thickening and organ damage. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce skin hardness and find the best dose. About 162 participants will receive either nemolizumab or a placebo for 52 weeks.
