Summary
This study tests a drug called nemolizumab for lichen planopilaris (LPP), a rare condition that causes permanent hair loss and scalp itching or burning. Ten adults with LPP will receive the drug for 24 weeks to see if it reduces disease activity and symptoms. The goal is to find a better treatment option for people who don't respond well to current therapies.
