New injection could sharpen shoulder MRI scans

Summary
This study tests whether a new injection called NEMO-103 makes shoulder MRI pictures clearer for diagnosing problems like torn tendons or cartilage. About 85 adults with known or suspected shoulder issues will get both a regular MRI and one with the injection. The goal is to see if the dye helps doctors see joint details better.
