First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding nelmastobart to the chemotherapy drug docetaxel can help people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose cancer has stopped responding to or cannot tolerate standard platinum-based chemo or immunotherapy. About 62 adults with a specific marker (BTN1A1 TPS score ≥50) will receive the combination. The main goal is to see if the treatment delays cancer growth or improves survival.
