Summary
This study tested whether a needle-free injection system (INJEX) causes less pain and leads to better behavior in children compared to a traditional needle syringe during dental fillings. It involved 50 children aged 7-10, each receiving one filling with the new system and one with the old system in a split-mouth design. Researchers measured pain levels and child behavior to see which method was more comfortable and acceptable.
