Head-to-Head: which neck pain therapy works better?

Summary

This study aims to find out which of two common physical therapy approaches works better for relieving chronic neck pain. Researchers will compare McKenzie exercises with Maitland mobilization techniques in 45 young adults who have had neck pain for over three months. Participants will receive one of these treatments or standard physical therapy, and researchers will measure pain levels, neck movement, and function.
