Therapy showdown: which eases neck pain better?
NCT ID NCT07007442
Summary
This study compared two hands-on physical therapy techniques to see which works better for easing chronic neck pain. Researchers tested 45 adults with long-term neck pain, giving them either instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (a tool-based massage) or dry cupping (a suction therapy). They measured changes in pain levels, how far participants could move their necks, and their overall function.
