Summary

This study looks at how physical and mental factors affect daily activities in people with chronic neck pain. Researchers will measure pain, sleep, mood, and movement in 80 adults aged 18–65 who have had neck pain for at least 3 months. No treatment is given—the goal is to better understand what limits function, which may guide future care.
