Shoulder blade alignment linked to neck pain in young adults
NCT ID NCT07484984
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether the resting position of the shoulder blades is related to neck pain and how well the neck works. Researchers measured shoulder blade position and neck function in 128 young adults aged 18 to 30. The goal was to see if a lower shoulder blade on one side is linked to more neck pain and disability.
