First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a six-week program of neck exercises and mild nerve stimulation can reduce pain and improve daily life for university students with chronic neck pain. Fifty-one students aged 18 to 30 will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: exercise, nerve stimulation, or a placebo. The goal is to find easy, drug-free ways to manage neck pain on campus.
