Summary
This study compares two hands-on treatments for chronic neck pain caused by Levator Scapulae Syndrome. Sixty adults aged 18-45 with neck pain lasting over 3 months will receive either upper cervical mobilization or a muscle inhibition technique. Researchers will measure pain sensitivity and neck function before and after treatment to see which method provides better relief.
