Summary
This study tests two different strengths of a needle-based treatment called percutaneous electrolysis for people with long-term neck pain caused by muscle knots. Forty adults will be randomly assigned to receive either a low-intensity or high-intensity version of the treatment over two weeks, along with stretching exercises. The goal is to find out which dose works better for reducing pain and tenderness.
