Summary
This study looks at two different muscle energy techniques to help people with mechanical neck pain. Researchers want to see which method better improves muscle strength and endurance in the neck. The study involves 30 adults aged 19 to 44 who have neck pain and limited movement. Participants will receive one of the two techniques and be assessed before and after treatment.
