Summary
This study compares two types of muscle energy techniques to see which better reduces neck pain and improves muscle strength and endurance. Researchers will enroll 30 adults aged 19-44 with mechanical neck pain. Participants will receive one of the two techniques, and outcomes like pain intensity and muscle function will be measured before and after treatment.
