Biofeedback neck training may ease chronic pain and jaw dysfunction

NCT ID NCT07266610

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether retraining deep neck muscles with a pressure biofeedback device can reduce chronic neck pain, improve neck movement, and ease jaw problems better than standard exercises. About 70 adults with chronic neck pain and mild-to-moderate jaw dysfunction will be assigned to either biofeedback-assisted exercises or conventional exercises. The goal is to see if this targeted approach offers greater relief for both neck and jaw symptoms.
