Simple exercises ease neck pain and improve voice

Summary
This study tested if special neck exercises could help people with long-term neck pain. 38 adults did either stabilization or traditional exercises for six weeks. The stabilization group had better pain relief, posture, and voice efficiency. Both groups improved, but stabilization exercises worked best.
