First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tested whether a 4-week neck exercise program could improve pelvic alignment and reduce low back pain in 30 adults aged 30 to 60. Participants performed simple neck movements in different directions. The goal was to see if working on the neck could help with back pain, based on the idea that different body parts are connected.
