5-Day neck school helps parents of disabled kids move better

Summary
This study tested a 5-day neck education program for 62 parents of children with disabilities who had chronic neck pain. The program included daily 60-minute sessions on neck care. After 12 weeks, parents who took the program reported better neck function, though pain levels and posture did not change significantly.
