New triple-drug attack targets rare blood cancer

Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (nemtabrutinib, bortezomib, and rituximab) in people with Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia, a rare blood cancer. The goal is to see how well the treatment shrinks tumors and controls the disease. About 19 adults who have not yet been treated for this condition will take part.
