Summary
This study tests a drug called bezisterim (NE3107) in 60 people with early Parkinson's disease who have not yet started standard treatment. Participants take the drug or a placebo twice daily for four months to see if it improves movement symptoms like stiffness and slowness. The goal is to find a new option that may delay the need for stronger medications.
