Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called NBTXR3, which is injected into the tumor and activated by radiation therapy, alongside standard chemotherapy. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it helps control esophageal cancer. About 24 adults with stage II or III esophageal adenocarcinoma are being enrolled.
