New combo targets Hard-to-Treat lung cancer

Summary
This early-phase study tests two drugs—navlimetostat and pumitamig—together in people with a specific genetic form of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (MTAP-deficient). The main goal is to find a safe dose and see if the combination shrinks tumors. About 17 adults will take part at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
