Summary
This study tests whether a special website helps caregivers of people with serious illnesses like brain tumors or strokes feel more prepared to make medical decisions. About 200 caregivers will use the website or receive a digital booklet, then answer surveys over six months. The goal is to see if the website improves advance care planning engagement.
