First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests the long-term safety and effectiveness of a drug called navenibart for people with hereditary angioedema (HAE), a condition that causes sudden, painful swelling. It is open to adults and teens who were in a previous navenibart study. Participants will receive navenibart, and some may later get a personalized dose based on their needs. The goal is to see if the drug keeps working safely over time.
