First seen May 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested whether nature-based activities, like walking barefoot on grass and playing music outdoors, could improve the parent-child relationship and help children manage their emotions. 100 low-income families took part, with half doing the nature activities and the other half continuing as usual. The goal was to see if connecting with nature can strengthen family bonds and well-being.
