Natural enzymes vs. pain pills: new hope for Pain-Free root canals?
NCT ID NCT06298383
Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of natural enzymes (trypsin, bromelain, and rutoside) can work better than common painkillers or a placebo. It aims to help patients with severe, painful tooth inflammation get more effective numbing during a root canal and experience less pain afterward. Researchers will compare the enzyme combo against ibuprofen, dexamethasone, and a placebo in 120 participants.
