Summary

This study tested a drug called TRO19622 in 22 adults with NASH, a liver condition linked to fat buildup. Participants took either the drug or a placebo daily for one month. The goal was to see if the drug safely lowered liver enzyme levels, which are markers of liver injury. Results are exploratory and not yet conclusive.
