Summary
This study tests an experimental tablet called ALKS 2680 in 150 adults with narcolepsy type 1, a condition causing severe daytime sleepiness and sudden muscle weakness (cataplexy). Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug helps people stay awake longer and reduces cataplexy episodes.
