Summary
This study tests a new tablet called ALKS 2680 in 150 adults with narcolepsy type 1, a condition causing severe daytime sleepiness and sudden muscle weakness. Participants will receive either the study drug or a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug helps people stay awake longer and reduces episodes of muscle weakness.
