Summary
This study tested a new delayed-release form of the drug pitolisant (called HBS-201) in 46 adults with narcolepsy. The main goal was to see if starting at a full therapeutic dose is tolerable, meaning few people stop treatment due to side effects. Researchers tracked how many participants quit because of drug-related side effects and how often side effects occurred.
