New 'Napoleon' device could help solve weight regain after gastric bypass

Summary
This study tests a new device called Napoleon that helps doctors measure the size of the stomach connection (anastomosis) in people who had gastric bypass surgery and later regained weight. About 100 patients will have their stomach connection measured both by the doctor's eye and with the Napoleon device during a routine endoscopy. The goal is to see if Napoleon gives more accurate measurements than visual estimates, which could help guide better treatment decisions.
