NCT ID NCT07200921

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether Naoxuekang Dropping Pills, a Chinese herbal medicine, can reduce the risk of future strokes, heart attacks, or blood clots in people who recently had a brain bleed caused by high blood pressure. About 1,950 adults will receive either the herbal pill or a placebo for 90 days, alongside standard care. Researchers will track their health for one year to see if the treatment lowers the chance of another vascular event.
