Summary

This study tests a new drug called nanvuranlat in 480 adults with advanced biliary tract cancer (bile duct cancer) that has already been treated. The goal is to see if nanvuranlat helps people live longer compared to standard treatments like chemotherapy or best supportive care. Participants receive treatment every two weeks until their cancer worsens or side effects become unacceptable.
