Summary
This study tests whether a single injection of nanofat (processed fat tissue) can outperform either platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections or daily topical minoxidil 5% for treating male and female pattern baldness. Sixty adults aged 18-50 with confirmed androgenetic alopecia will be enrolled. The goal is to see if a one-time procedure can offer better or equal hair regrowth without the need for daily application.
