Summary
This study tests a special nanodiamond cream (Pavise ECMR) to see if it helps skin heal better after facial laser resurfacing. Eight adults aged 35-70 with moderate to severe wrinkles will use the cream or standard care after laser. Doctors will check for redness, swelling, crusting, and oozing to see which approach works best.
