Summary
This study tests a new type of CAR T-cell therapy that uses nanobodies to target two proteins (CD19 and CD22) on leukemia cells. It is for people aged 12 to 65 with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back or not responded to treatment. The goal is to see if this therapy is safe and can help achieve remission.
