Could a Nano-Gel speed up healing after gum surgery?

Summary
This study tests whether a special gel (Nano Bio Fusion) helps heal wounds on the roof of the mouth after gum graft surgery. About 36 adults with gum recession will apply the gel or a placebo four times daily for four weeks. Researchers will measure wound size, pain, and inflammation to see if the gel improves healing.
