Summary
This study tests whether naltrexone, a drug already used for addiction, can help reduce nonsuicidal self-injury in people aged 16 and older. About 150 participants will receive either naltrexone or a placebo, and researchers will track how often self-injury occurs. The goal is to see if the drug can lower the urge to self-harm when standard treatments haven't worked.
