Summary
This study tests a cream called PROXERA PSOMED 30 (containing 30% urea) for treating nail psoriasis in 21 adults aged 18 to 65. Each participant will apply the cream to one affected nail and Vaseline to another for 24 weeks. Researchers will compare changes in nail appearance using a standard severity score to see if the cream works better than Vaseline.
