Summary
This study is testing whether injecting the medication methotrexate directly into fingernails affected by psoriasis can improve symptoms like pitting, crumbling, and discoloration. Each participant will have some nails treated and others left untreated for comparison. The goal is to see if these injections safely reduce nail damage and improve appearance.
