Summary

This study looks at how the liver responds to food in people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and whether the drug semaglutide can reduce liver fat and damage. About 84 adults with NAFLD and healthy volunteers will participate. Researchers will measure liver fat, enzymes, and tissue changes before and after 24 weeks of semaglutide treatment.
