First seen Mar 15, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study compares two starting doses (20 mg/h vs. 50 mg/h) of the blood thinner nafamostat in ICU patients receiving continuous kidney dialysis. The goal is to see which dose keeps the dialysis filter working longer without causing bleeding. About 92 adults with normal clotting will be randomly assigned to one of the two doses.
