Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new drug called nadunolimab combined with standard treatments (azacitidine, with or without venetoclax) in 40 adults with high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) or acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal is to see if the combination is safe and to find the best dose. The study targets leukemia stem cells to improve treatment effectiveness.
