First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Aug 27, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tested whether mandala coloring and Nada Yoga music can help reduce pain and anxiety during childbirth. 104 pregnant women were split into four groups: coloring, music, both, or standard care. Researchers measured pain, anxiety, labor progress, and satisfaction. The goal was to see if these simple, drug-free activities improve the childbirth experience.
