Summary
This study tests whether N-Acetylcysteine can protect kidney function in adults with solid tumors who are receiving cisplatin-based chemotherapy. Participants will take either N-Acetylcysteine or a placebo for seven days around their chemo session. Researchers will measure kidney injury markers in urine and blood to see if the drug helps prevent damage.
