Summary
This early study tests an immunotherapy drug called N-803 in 8 people with rare soft-tissue sarcomas (synovial sarcoma or myxoid/round cell liposarcoma) whose cancer got worse after a prior cell therapy. N-803 aims to wake up leftover immune cells from the earlier treatment so they attack the cancer again. The main goals are to see if the drug is safe and if it can expand those immune cells.
