First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests two types of special glasses (DIMS and D2 lenses) to see if they can slow down worsening nearsightedness in children whose vision is getting worse quickly. About 59 children with fast-progressing myopia will wear the lenses for 4 years. The goal is to measure changes in eye length and prescription every 6 months.
